For some time now I tried to find effective way for strengthening and lengthening of my lashes. As for now I have done tests – sadly, not so effective – of few natural conditioners in eyeliners. I also tried many natural mixtures of products and of course vegetable oils. Unfortunately, application of all those products not only didn’t bring any results, but sometimes even caused eyelashes loss. Today I will test pharmaceutical novelty, i.e. regenerative eyelashes serum from Regenerum. Will Regenerum lashes serum work?
First, few words on product itself. Regenerative lashes serum is yet another product from Regenerum, which was launched after Regenerum regenerating nail serum. Its price is about 4£, and is one of highest prices of this brand. For this cost we’ll get two-phase serum with double applicator and two specially designed formulations. Why?
Regenerum serum eyeliner is a serum with lipooligopeptides (as weird as it sounds) and Junebug extract. Calming and soothing propeties of Junebug herb for eye area do not need to be explained. However, peptides are expected to stimulate lashes growth, thickening and make them dense.
On the other side of regenerative serum we have a brush, similar to those in mascaras. This formula of Regenerum was enriched with provitamin B5, another peptides, vitamin E and aloe vera gel. Its job is to positevly influence lashes – moisturise them, make them flexible, limit their loss, lengthen and strengthen them.
I admit that composition of lashes Regenerum and its double formula made me curious. Until now I came upon only products in liquid form of eyeliner for application on lashes line. Regenerum offers additional product (I love two for one), which works not only on bulbs, but also on an entire lashes. I think that is a great idea.
How will Regenerum work in reality? I hope my money won’t go for nothing. I want my lashes to gain at least a bit of expressiveness. My lashes are naturally fine, so I would be very happy if they thicken and gain intensive colour. I do not need lengthening, because I think that proper nourishment is more important. Regenerum for eyelashes seems promising, so I have good feeling about it. 🙂 I’ll back with a review.
